Our People

The educators at Papilio Early Learning Ryde show a great passion for the childcare industry. The educators care and nurture the children and fulfil their learning requirements on a day-to-day basis. When they come to work, it is not just a job, it is something they enjoy and seeing the children go home every day knowing they have taught them something brings them happiness. This is something our educators promise to do every day and will continue doing until the day your child graduates.

What makes me passionate about Early Childhood Education?

I am most passionate about building secure relationships with children, families and educators who I am able to work beside. Name: Maria Nguyen
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Years in childcare: 6 years

What makes me passionate about Early Childhood Education?
I am passionate about working with young children of all ages, as I find it very rewarding being part of their day-to-day development. I look forward to providing a supportive, caring and safe environment for the children to learn, play and grow. I have an understanding of the stages of physical, emotional, cognitive, social and cultural development of children as this enables me to guide the children’s behaviour and social development.

What do you consider important when communicating with children?
The importance of positive communication with children creates an environment where children feel valued and respected. Active listening is also important when communicating with children as it involves listening and talking in ways that make children feel important. This is done by providing play experiences and environments that encourage communication and positive interactions with others.
